ZonicBall has the same size 4 dimensions as a regulation soccer ball, but at 260 grams, it's about 30% lighter and inflated to just 1–2 PSI for a softer feel. A regulation ball is built for full-power play with soccer boots. ZonicBall is built for everywhere else — barefoot, indoors, on sand, in backyards, and beyond. If you're playing a competitive match on a pitch, use a match ball. Everywhere else, ZonicBall is the one you'll actually reach for.
Yes. ZonicBall uses a traditional 32-panel, individually stitched construction, giving it the shape, bounce, roll, and touch of a real soccer ball. It responds naturally when you pass, dribble, juggle, and shoot. The difference is that it’s softer and lighter than a match ball, making real soccer play possible in more places.
Soft enough to feel immediately different in your hands. ZonicBall is inflated to just 1.5–2 PSI, giving the outer surface noticeable give compared with a regulation ball. Combined with its soft outer material, that makes it comfortable to kick barefoot and more forgiving on impact. It’s still a stitched, inflatable soccer ball — not a squishy foam toy — so it holds its shape and bounce.
Yes. ZonicBall is soft and lightweight enough for indoor dribbling, passing, juggling, and small-sided games, while still maintaining the shape and bounce of a real soccer ball. It’s great for indoor play and skill work year-round. As with any ball, use common sense with hard shots around windows, furniture, and anything breakable.
Yes. ZonicBall is designed to be comfortable to kick barefoot, while playing just as naturally with shoes. At just 260 grams, it’s much lighter, softer and more forgiving than a firm regulation ball — making it great for barefoot play on beaches, lawns, poolside, and around the house.
Yes — water play is one of the things ZonicBall does best. It’s waterproof, floats, and doesn’t absorb water, so it won’t get heavy, waterlogged, or misshapen in a pool, lake, or ocean. Its soft, lightweight feel makes it great for catching, heading, throwing, keep-away, and other games in the water. It dries quickly when you’re done — after saltwater or beach use, just rinse off any salt and sand with fresh water.
Yes. ZonicBall is built for recreational play on grass, sand, turf, indoor floors, and pool areas, and holds up well across all of them. Its waterproof construction also means repeated pool and beach use won’t leave it waterlogged or soggy. Because ZonicBall has a soft outer surface, rough concrete and asphalt will cause it to scuff and wear faster, so we don’t recommend those surfaces for regular play.
ZonicBall weighs just 260 grams — roughly 30% less than a regulation size 4 ball — and is inflated to a fraction of the pressure, making it much more forgiving on impact. That’s why it works well in backyards, hallways, and indoor spaces where you wouldn’t normally use a soccer ball. It can significantly reduce the risk of damage, but it’s still a soccer ball — use common sense around windows, TVs, and anything breakable.

ZonicBall is designed in Vancouver, Canada, and made in Sialkot, Pakistan — a city with generations of soccer ball-making expertise and a long history of producing balls for the world’s biggest brands and competitions. We chose Sialkot intentionally because we wanted ZonicBall made in a place where making soccer balls is a specialized craft.
Foam balls are soft and lightweight, but they tend to feel and play more like toys than soccer balls. ZonicBall is an inflatable, 32-panel stitched ball built like a traditional soccer ball, giving it a more realistic bounce, roll, and touch. It’s soft because of its lightweight construction and low inflation pressure — not because it’s made of foam.
Absolutely. ZonicBall is made for passing, shooting, dribbling, juggling, headers, and everyday soccer play. Its lighter, softer construction doesn’t change how you play — it simply makes soccer more comfortable in places where you wouldn’t normally use a traditional ball.
No. ZonicBall has standard size 4 dimensions — 65 cm circumference and 21 cm diameter — but at 260 grams, it’s about 30% lighter than a regulation size 4 ball and is inflated to a much lower pressure. It’s designed for recreational play rather than sanctioned competitive matches.
ZonicBall is made for kids, teens, and adults. Its size 4 dimensions and soft, lightweight construction make it easy and comfortable to play with across a wide range of ages — from kids learning to dribble to adults kicking it around at the beach or in the backyard.
ZonicBall is great for grass, sand, turf, hardwood, tile, carpet, and pool decks. It’s designed to play across a wide range of surfaces rather than being optimized for just one. Rough concrete and asphalt can scuff and wear the soft outer surface faster, so we don’t recommend them for regular play.

The ZonicBall + pump kit comes with a compact travel pump and a carrying bag, so you have everything you need to inflate, deflate, pack, and take it anywhere.
To inflate: Moisten the pump needle before inserting it, then inflate the ZonicBall to 1–2 PSI. The ball may look slightly creased or uneven when first inflated — this is normal and will smooth out as the ball takes shape. It should feel firm with a slight give, not rock-hard.
To deflate: Insert the pump needle and gently press on the ball to release the air. Once deflated, ZonicBall packs flat for easy travel and storage.
Yes. ZonicBall deflates flat to fit easily in a suitcase, backpack, or carry-on. The included compact pump and carrying bag make it easy to inflate again when you arrive — perfect for vacations, road trips, campsites, and anywhere else you want to play.
Rinse ZonicBall with fresh water after playing in sand, chlorine, or salt water, then let it air-dry. It can be stored either inflated or deflated. Keep it inflated to 1–2 PSI and avoid regular play on rough concrete or asphalt, which can wear the soft outer surface faster.
